WHAT WE DO
We meet every Tuesday during term time, alternating our hall days with sports days. We frequently organise trips to various educational venues on Thursdays. Visit our gallery to see some of our past trips.
Hall days are varied and fun, with many activities on offer including guitar lessons, circle time, art and crafts, cooking and sports.
We have in the past enjoyed visits from a blacksmith, a bat conservationist, a reptile expert, a spoken word poet and a planetarium workshop.
We enjoy a shared lunch and to join in we ask you to bring a plate (with something edible on it!). Coffee, tea and soft drinks are provided.
Parents support each other and get time to chat whilst supervising their children and joining in the fun.
Check out the calendar for more info.
We meet at a sports facility where the children can enjoy a trampolining lesson with a qualified coach, followed by an hour of “mulitisports” again with a qualified coach. We then have the opportunity for a family swim for a discounted members rate
Trips take place, weather permitting throughout the year, where possible we arrange workshops and often are lucky enough to get group discounts. Members choose which trips they would like to attend and notify, by email, the parent organiser for the individual trip.
