London Underground Safety Talk
On the London Underground the most accidents happen on escalators! One person
a year dies on them. 3 million people use the London Underground every day. There are buttons on the wall which are for fire, emergencies and information .If you were in a train that left without your friend pull the lever! At a station you should ask for help from STAFF or POLICE ONLY!!!!!!! We visited the control room where there were 188 cameras watching London Bridge Station. They keep any tapes for a month unless something bad has happened and then they are kept for at least a year.
We went into the control room in 2 groups so that when one group was in, we could watch the
other group on the screens! It was cool!
