CHRISTMAS PARTY 2004
Our Christmas party was great fun. Father Christmas came and visited us and sang Christmas Carols with us.
He brought everyone a present in his sack and ate some of our Christmas party food to help his journey. He took some fruit for his reindeer and some reindeer food someone had made with seeds and nuts.
We decided that we would do a nativity play, which was great fun. We hadn’t rehearsed it at all and we found a script for the
Nativity that the play group had used so we borrowed that.
We made costumes from odd bits and pieces that we had in our dressing up and craft boxes and used Father Christmas’s grotto
as the stable where Mary and Joseph went to have Jesus.
We sang all the carols from the Nativity while one of the mums played the piano for us.
