Both for safety and in the interests of everyone getting involved, all of these groups will need to be limited to 10 participants. The programmes will all be flexible to meet the needs of the group and weather conditions, etc.Navigation Day#1
Begin the session by learning how to use a compass and map, then follow a bearings trail set up in woodland. Finish with the group split into 2 teams; a race to locate the hidden treasure first!
Navigation Day#2
Begin by following a trail through the woods learning techniques and skills of map reading. Afterwards, an orienteering trail to show off these skills.
